IREM ÖKSÜZ

Chairperson of the Board

İrem Öksüz graduated from Sabancı University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2011. She received various trainings in business, finance and marketing from the London School of Economics and New York University. She started her professional career in 2012 with Kipaş Holding. She serves as a Board Member in various companies within the group. İrem Öksüz is a member of the Turkish Cement Association, the Electricity Producers Association, the Turkish Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Producers Association, KMTSO council, and TOBB Cement and TOBB Energy councils.

Halil İbrahim GÜMÜŞER

Deputy Chairman of the Board

He was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1951. He is the fifth of six brothers. After completing primary school at İstiklal Primary School in 1964, he graduated from Kahramanmaraş High School in 1972 and from Ankara Başkent Academy of Commercial Sciences in 1976. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Kipaş Holding. He speaks Arabic fluently. He is married and has three sons.

Mehmet Hanefi ÖKSÜZ

Board Member

Born in Kahramanmaraş in 1953, ÖKSÜZ completed his primary education in Kahramanmaraş and his secondary education at Istanbul Kabataş High School for Boys. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Mechanical Engineering, ÖKSÜZ received further education abroad in textiles and agriculture and, because his father was an agriculturalist, began his professional life in agriculture. In 1984, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kipaş A.Ş., a position he still holds. In 1998, he spearheaded the establishment of the Kahramanmaraş Industrialists and Businessmen Association (KASİAD) and was elected Chairman of its Board of Directors. Having served in this role for many years at KASİAD, ÖKSÜZ currently serves as Chairman of the association's Advisory Board. In addition to his membership on the Board of Directors of the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he was elected to the High Coordination Board of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) at its 64th General Assembly. Married with five children, ÖKSÜZ speaks English.

Hikmet GÜMÜŞER

Board Member

He was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1987. He completed his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş, and his high school education as a boarding student at Gaziantep Science High School. He then graduated from Galatasaray University with a degree in Business Administration. He began his career as an auditor in Istanbul and later returned to Kahramanmaraş. He works in finance, accounting and foreign trade at Kipaş Holding and holds the title of Certified Public Accountant. Hikmet GÜMÜŞER, who currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Kipaş Holding, is married and has two children.
